1. What the guarantee covers
Every licence purchased directly from us — Standard or Commercial — may be refunded within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. The refund is for the full amount you paid, including tax, and is returned to the original payment method.
2. How to request it
- Email richard@aiculler.cc from any address, with the subject line Refund.
- Include the licence key or the email address used at checkout, so we can locate the order.
- Tell us in one line what did not work for you — this is optional, but it is how the software improves.
We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record, Creem, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. After a refund
The licence key is deactivated. The Software stops accepting it at its next validation (within 24 hours, or immediately if the machine is online). You should uninstall the application and delete the local licence files; you do not need to return anything, because nothing physical was shipped.
4. Relationship with statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory right you may have.
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Digital content delivered immediately may be exempt where you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose that right; that consent is collected at checkout by our Merchant of Record. Where the exemption does not apply, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right remains available and this 7-day guarantee runs alongside it, never instead of it.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please write to us first — a refund is usually faster than a chargeback and avoids the fees both sides incur. We will not dispute a genuine refund request made inside the guarantee window.
6. Trial before you buy
Every edition includes a 3-day trial with all features unlocked and no card required. If you are unsure whether the software suits your workflow, run the trial on your own photos first.
